WOW! Where does the time go?

Gosh, I havent been here in SOOO long! I am so sorry! I got so ill last week, I could barely get out of bed! And I have been flooded with work lately, I havent had time to breath!

there are so many cool sessions to share, but my favorite was with my daughter! We went to her school to hang out, and ended up taking some fun photos! ;) So I thouht I would share them because they are so close to my heart! And sometimes the best moments I capture, are the ones that aren't planned, aren't paid for, and aren't expected!

What a BEAUTIFUL family!

So, I said I would share one of the best sessions from this week...

I had the honor and privilege of photographing the "R" Family! And, what a LOVELY family they are! This was a very special night for the family. They were celebrating Birthday's from almost everyone, and a very special Anniversary for Mom and Dad!

And give me a break, their daughter's are breathtaking!They even had a Mariachi Band! I had the BEST time! Thank you to the family for having me and my wonderful assistant Brittany, with you to enjoy this wonderful night!

WOW! I Miss you guys!!

So, Im WAY behind! So many sessions to proof, and lots of stuff going on with the Ragazza Bella Line.....did I mention the house and the three blogs that I manage? Oh, and I got put in charge of another website today! BREATH................................................

And I know I promised pictures of Miss L. on her first day of school.

Well, first day was great, but ended crazy!! Miss L decided she wanted short hair! So after school, we went and got it chopped off!

So here is her Before, on the FIRST day of school............

She looks like SUCH a big girl now, I cant even belive it! Its been 2 weeks now and Im just not adjusting to the New Do! But she loves it and thats what matters....right? lol

I also will have pictures of the room re-do in the next few days!

A New Look for the website....

Well, its that time again! I updated the website. It has some new pictures and an all new look! I worked all day on it, so Im very happy! :) hehe

Can I sleep now??

Gosh, who knew that you could get back from vacation and be completely run down again by the next weekend?

We have been working on the house (AGAIN!) this weekend. We painted my room today! YAY! I cant wait to share pics of it after its all decorated.
If you want a BEFORE image, picture a blank, empty, white walled room with a bed in the middle! Voila...Before picture! lol

But now its beautiful and brown, and will have very pretty decorations tomorrow!

ALSO!! HUGE NEWS!! Miss L starts KINDERGARTEN TOMORROW!!! We are all excited! She has her clothes picked, her lunch packed, her backpack ready to go, and actually went to sleep on time! She even told me she wants a microwave pancake for breakfast! lol I will have pictures of that soon too!

And finally, I am so tired because I have been chained to my sewing machine all week, and my computer!
I was asked to take over my Design Group's Blog, SassE Style, and give it a new look! I'm also going to be doing designer bio spotlights, contests, and so much more! So if you love kids fashion, come give it a looksie!

So as you can see, I might be a little slow at blogging for the next week or so until we get adjusted to waking up at 6:30am every morning! Darn that school district! lol

But there is lots of cool things coming, so keep checking back!!

Wow!!! I needed that..........

Hey Everyone! I am so happy to be back from vacation! We went to the Texas coast for the weekend and stayed in a little town called Kemah. What a AWESOME place to hang out for a few days!

They have a boardwalk that is surrounded by the Ocean and there is so much to do! Our first day there, we arrived around lunch time and at at The Crab House, an all you can eat seafood buffet with crab legs, caviar, peel and eat shrimp...you name it, they had it! Just amazing!
And then my sister and I went on a speed boat ride called "The Beast", it was SO much fun!
We got soaked!

We finished off the night with dinner at the Cadillac Bar and had some really great Mexican food and margaritas! YUM!

We got to hang out at the Beach all day on Saturday, then we went shopping and more seafood at Landry's! We were too full for a meal at dinner time, so we decided to get Dessert and drinks at The Aquarium. This restaurant is AMAZING! It feels like your underwater while your eating. Very cool!

We left Sunday and came back home with a nice brown tan (some sun burn too! lol) and great memories!

****I actually left my camera at home, because Hurricane Dean was expected to show up, so I didn't want it ruined. So my sister brought her point and shoot along! ;) Thanks Sis!!****

Praise You in This Storm

Hey Guys!

You know sometimes in life, we feel like we just cant live up to the challenges that God gives us, and then we see the light at the end of the tunnel. And through faith, we see Christ pull us through.

I have been going through some personal challenges lately and Jesus has held my hand and closed my ears to the Enemy's lies. And I have truly found the praise that lies deep in the storm.

I LOVE this song from Casting crowns, and this video shows exactly what I believe is the message of this song.

I am so grateful for every one's prayers I have received, and continue to receive. And I thank the Lord for all of the good he has done in my life. And for opening my eyes to the Praise in the Storm.
